LOCATION
Boracay Island, 300 Km south of Manila, Philippines, is well known as the countries top beach destination. It’s well known for its exotic landscape, beaches and lifestyle. Located at the Northwestern tip of Panay Island the island also has access to the wild mountains and wildlife reserves of Antique, and the many historical, natural and ecological attractions. As part of the municipality of Malay, province of Aklan, Boracay itself offers beaches, coves, scenic viewpoints and a multi national population.

HOW
TO GET THERE
Boracay can be reached by sea, land and air. There are many flights to Caticlan airport, 30 minutes away from Boracay: more than 20 from Manila, daily one flight to Cebu and weekly from Angeles City. The Caticlan jetty port is also accessible with the RoRo through the Nautical Highway and with shipping lines. And Iloilo, the capital of Region VI, can be reached from Caticlan in 3 hours by highway.
Manila to Caticlan
Asian Spirit and SEAIR fly directly to Caticlan. From Caticlan to the jetty port by van or tricycle and from there to the Cagban jetty port on Boracay takes 30 minutes average. Tavel time from Manila airport (checked in) to your destination on Boracay: 90 minutes
Caticlan to Cebu
Both, Asian Spirit and SEAIR, fly directly once daily to Cebu. Travel time from your destination on Boracay to Cebu is 90 minutes.
Manila to Kalibo
Fly with Philippine Air Lines or Cebu Pacific to Kalibo airport:
- Upon landing at the Kalibo Airport, L300 vans or shuttle buses will take you to an exciting 1 1/2 hour trip through the province of Aklan to the Caticlan Jetty Port.
- A 25-minute ride with a ‘banca’-boat will bring you to from Caticlan jetty Port to the Cagban jetty port on Boracay. From there its another 15 minutes trip with either vans or tricycles to your destination.
- Travel time from Manila airport (checked in) to your destination on Boracay is: 3 Hrs.
