beach house. Located next to Floremar or some called
D’ Mario Italian Restaurant at the Southern
end of the long white beach of Boracay. Only 5-10
minutes walk going to the well-known “Mandala
Spa” and about 15 minutes walk going to boat
station 3.
A
beach house divided into 2 levels connected with
stairs. Each level has Air-conditioned bedroom,
bathroom, complete kitchen and living room features
glass sliding doors that open the room to sea
breezes, white powdery sand and blue crystal waters.
The ground level has one bedroom and the second
level has 1 Masters bedroom and an optional guestroom
offered to one of the two levels if needed. The
place is surrounded by fence to maintain security
and privacy. The homey nature of the place makes
it perfect for the family or group of friends.
Construction
started at the month middle of April 2004 and
completed at the month of December 2004.
