in their names. However, foreigners are allowed to own
houses, condominiums, or other buildings 100% in their
names. We can offer you ready made houses including
the land in spectacular surroundings for example in
Diniwid, for around US$ 100.000. Should you prefer to
own your own land, our company SPR can assume ownership
for you.
This
means:
- SPR
buys the land for you
- SPR
offers you a leasing contract for a total of 50 years.
- SPR
will give you a full power of Attorney, giving you
the right to sell or rent out your property at any
time.

SPR registers your leasing contract in your name with
the county recorder.
This
is the only legal way to guarantee the safety of your
investment and you don't need to concern yourself with
the payments of property taxes, tax returns and all
other accounting procedures.
