ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT
We are highly committed to preserve our environmental practices development. These are our policies to fulfill this commitment:

TROPICANA OCEAN VILLAS & APARTMENTS
We are proud to present that we won 2nd Place in the 2007 Boracay WOW Awards: Search for the Most Outstanding Business Establishment Waste Management System & Materials Recovery Facility, a project of Boracay Chamber of Commerce Inc.
The Boracay WOW Awards is an annual recognition given to establishments on Boracay Island with an outstanding waste management system. The search aims to serve as an effective means to reduce the garbage generated by the island and will recognize business establishments that are implementing the law on solid waste management.
PEARL2 served as one of the evaluators for the second of the three rounds of evaluation together with representatives of the DENR, DILG and the local government unit of Malay. Two days were allotted to visit and evaluate sixteen participating establishments this year. Without the active participation and cooperation of the caretakers and people in the maintenance department of the Tropicana Ocean Villas and Apartments this endeavor will not succeed. Ms. Divine heads the team.
