Real Estate Services

If you are a foreigner or an expat currently living in the Philippines or have fallen in love to the country and decided to establish a residence here, you might as well be informed of the rules governing property ownership by foreigners in the Philippines.

According to the Philippine Constitution, Foreigners may own buildings or houses in the Philippines legally. However, foreigners don’t have the right to acquire land in the Philippines. But in most cases, it is highly recommended to any foreign buyer or investor to form a corporation that is at least 60% Filipino-owned for them to be entitled to acquire land in the Philippines.
